IRONBARK is an international executive search firm focused on leadership appointments where technical complexity, market scarcity, and cultural alignment make conventional recruitment insufficient.
We work across North America and EMEA with infrastructure investors and asset managers, investor-backed platforms, developers and operators, EPCM firms, and technology and industrial companies.
Our work is concentrated in mission-critical infrastructure, advanced technology, and regulated environments, including hyperscale data centers, AI infrastructure, semiconductor manufacturing, advanced laboratories, GMP-regulated biopharma, power and energy infrastructure, and complex engineering and industrial construction.
Founder-Led Executive Search
IRONBARK was founded by Natasha Povolotska, an executive search professional with more than 20 years of experience advising industrial and engineering companies, advanced technology businesses, investment firms, and asset managers on senior appointments.
Natasha personally leads every assignment. We develop the search strategy, engage the market discreetly, assess leadership capability and motivation, and support both clients and candidates through offer, appointment, and transition.
Our international network has been built through long-term relationships with senior executives, investors, operators, engineers, and technical specialists. This allows us to reach candidates who are not actively applying or visible through conventional recruitment channels.
How We Work
We approach each mandate as a business problem rather than a vacancy to be filled. Before entering the market, we establish the role’s strategic purpose, operating context, leadership requirements, and conditions for long-term success.
Our assessment combines:
- sector and market knowledge;
- business judgment;
- psychological insight;
- leadership and cultural assessment;
- discretion and direct market engagement.
The objective is not simply to identify qualified candidates, but to create a precise and sustainable match between the executive, the organization, and the mandate.
Our Principles
- Precision
- Confidentiality
- Independent judgment
- Clear communication
- Long-term outcomes
